Albany, NY, I spotted these signs. I'm used to seeing "no texting" or "no handheld phones" in states south, but I'd never seen state-sponsored, designated text areas on a roadside. Apparently it has been
in place since 2013. Great idea - just wish folks wouldn't use it!
